The standard snare stand from A&F Drum Co. combines simple design with modern engineering. Nickel-plating is used for its beautiful aged tarnish, much like what you see on vintage hardware today. Brass is too soft to withstand the wear and tear of hardware and brass would offer too much friction between sliding components. This nickel-plated snare stand also features 360-degree U clamps, an adjustable locking basket, a pull-pin multi-position tripod and resonant basket sleeves. Round surface-adjusting feet keep the stand steady while playing. The A&F Drum Co. standard snare stand can also be adjusted to a 90-degree angle for use as a kick stand.
