    Awesome! first time I played the drumsticks with the wrap I felt the difference. This tape looks solid and should last. It beats the Stickgrip brand. Just make sure to google "ahead drumstick wrap" and check the video on youtube for better instructions. It could probably work on wood sticks but I'll try it. The only issue is that the instructions that come with the product could've been better. Other than that, I will always get them.

    This grip tape great for creating extra grip on your drumsticks, and is very easy to apply. I would especially recommend this tape if you use the Ahead drumsticks, since the metal is a little awkward to hold onto. The tape has a rubbery feel to it, and is extremely grippy. You'll never drop a stick again with this tape. The one problem I had with this tape is that it is very rough on your fingers. I play rather hard, and I've noticed that after about 30 minutes of playing , the skin on my fingers begins to blister and tear apart, far worse than with traditional wood sticks. There have been times that I've had to apply six or seven bandages to my fingers during a single practice, just because it was too painful to continue without them. If you buy this tape, and play nearly as hard as I do, you'll definitely need to find a way around this.
