Description
The Alfred Suzuki Violin School Volume 5 Revised has been edited by the International Violin Committee. Other features include new engravings in a more easily readable 12" x 9" format and new editing of pieces, including bowings and fingerings.
The Suzuki Method of Talent Education is based on Dr. Shinichi Suzuki's view that every child is born with ability, and that man is the son of his environment. According to Dr. Suzuki, a world-renowned violinist and teacher, the greatest joy an adult can know comes from developing a child's potential so he or she can express all that is harmonious and best in human beings. Students are taught using the mother-tongue approach.

I use this product as a brush up since I haven't played in a while. I re started on this method, from book 1, even though I used to teach myself. I plan to finish the entire series, to catch up. I love the technique and methodology of the system.

I would use it alongside a technique book for positions. It is a wonderful challenging collection that allows students to grow musically.
