collapse expand iconDescription

The Alvarez Baritone Acoustic-Electric Ukulele is designed to deliver an open sound with projection, volume and tone. Featuring AUE-20 electronics and constructed with a dovetail neck joint for enhanced strength, this baritone uke features a modified fan style bracing that optimizes response. The response is also aided by a solid “slotted” techwood bridge, which enhances projection and helps to make string changes easier and quicker. Additional features include quality-seasoned tonewoods, real bone nut and saddles, mahogany neck, techwood fingerboard and premium tuners.

First off it is exactly what I thought I was getting so I'll give it that. It arrived with one little scratch that made no difference. It plays nice, feels and looks nice. It is a little easier going from guitar to this but I would say if you are looking for something completely different from guitar go with the concert ukulele models. Also I bought this because it says it is made in the USA sadly it is not. It's made in china and says designed in St. Louis. Overall it is a nice product with easy playability and for the cash I would probably recommend it to others looking for the best bang for the buck.
