It worked great to take out the overtones of my 15 inch floor tom.
Thankfully Aquarian makes 15 inch rings.

I bought a set of E Rings, but they had every size EXCEPT 15 inch rings included in the pack. So, thankfully, Aquarian saved the day and I was able to find this 15 inch Studio Ring separately. My (1986) double bass Ludwig Rocker has 8, 10, 12, 13, 14, 15, & 16 inch toms (made 15" into a floor tom). However, being a kit from (1986), 15 inch toms must've been more common back then, but more of a rarity these days, because 15 inch drum heads are also harder to find in packs, or alone.
