we are using two of these mice for a 28'x20' state. I had to fabricate stands for them because they picked up nothing but footsteps when I set them on the stage. Now that they are at mouth level they are phenomenal. excellent low priced option with great results. I only wish they had come with some sort of cushioned case for storage.

A simple boundary mic. I primarily use them to mic taps in dance recitals. While you could spend several hundred dollars more, these will fit the bill nicely. You do need to be careful of the mini connector on the mic end as they are not as durable as a standard xlr plug. They pick up well for being used as floor mics. For the price, you'd be hard pressed to find a better mic. Only wish they came with a carrying case, but that is easy enough. If you treat them with respect, they should last awhile. Only issue in the long run might be the mini-xlr plug might need to be replaced if you are rough on your cables. It may not be in the higher end crown boundary mics, but in the sub $100 level, you can't go wrong.
