    Ive been looking at effects switching units for a couple of years, but was scared by the cost of the G2. This unit at this price-point is unbeatable. Setup can be as easy/simple or hard/complex as you need it to be. Def recommend.

    I've been using the Boss ES-8 for about 3 weeks now and I absolutely love it. It is so simple to learn how to program and set up. It has more options than I even knew it had until I got into it. I am still learning more each day. I was using another switcher that allowed 9 pedals and thought I would miss that loop but the Boss ES-8 actually has other loops to add tuner and a volume pedal along with other loops to add 2 expression pedals and the ability to change amp,channels. The options are endless and having the ability to move pedals around in the signal,chain is awesome. I am now into the midi world and with no prior experience it is very easy to learn using the Boss ES-8. I will be keeping this on my board for many years solidly built and a must have for any guitarist who plays live or just have several pedals.
