    I bought the Bam Flight Cover for my full size cello four years ago, and have used it for multiple trips to Europe, Asia, South America, and Cuba. It has taken considerable abuse but the cello has never been damaged! I had to replace the wheels after a trip to Bulgaria when the case was damaged by rough handling, and repaired a tear to the cover after a trip to Brazil. In Israel the case with the cello inside got stuck in a closing security door at baggage claim and I was sure the neck was broken, but the case saved the instrument! It's not as pristine as new, but I expect it will last at least 10 more years!

    My daughter has been using a BAM flight cover for the last 3 years. She travels at least 5 times a year between home in Seattle, WA to Baltimore, MD where she is a conservatory student. and internationally as well with this case. Her cello and bows are valued at $30,000 and we have not had a problem. This purchase was our second BAM flight cover for her Baroque cello. Hopefully it will protect this cello as well as it did her other one.
