Special order: Place an order for this item today and we’ll get it to you soon.

Description
The Behringer EURODESK SX2442FX mixer provides extensive routing and sound-shaping possibilities ideal for both studio- and live-mixing needs. With 16 XLR microphone inputs each with pad, gain, phantom power, inserts and 4-band EQ, you can connect and tweak a variety of sound sources. For precise tone shaping, the 9-band graphic EQs on the main and monitor outputs let you dial in the perfect sound.
Shape Your Sound With 4-Band Semi-Parametric EQ
Each of the EURODESK SX2442FX's 26 input channels, including the 16 XLR mic inputs, features 3-band semi-parametric EQ to shape your sound. Boost or cut the low, mid and high frequencies with overlapping bands, letting you zero in on problem frequencies or enhance desirable tones. The EQs use Neo-classic "British" voicing for musical results. Shape vocals, tighten drums, fatten guitars and more to create a balanced mix.
Add Professional Effects With Dual Internal Processors
With its dual effects processors, the EURODESK SX2442FX provides studio-quality reverb, delay, chorus and other effects right inside the mixer. Choose from 99 presets with lush reverbs for vocals and drums, slapback and ping pong delays, choruses to thicken guitars and more. Use the dedicated knobs to easily adjust parameters like delay time and reverb decay. Assign effects to AUX sends to create custom monitor mixes. With quality effects built-in, you can reduce the need for external gear.
Flexible Routing Options for Creative Mixing
This 26-channel EURODESK mixer provides extensive routing capabilities to handle complex mixing needs. Its four subgroups let you isolate and control sections of your mix like drums, vocals and other groups. Insert points on every channel and the main outs let you patch in external processors. Flexible signal flow options give you creative control over your final mix.
9-Band Graphic EQ for Precise Tone Shaping
See your settings on the easy-to-read LED meters. Cut narrow bands to eliminate feedback or unwanted resonances. Boost highs for added clarity and lows for thump. The graphic EQs make it fast and simple to achieve the exact tonal balance you want, whether you're mixing FOH or monitors.

Great Features and Sound Quality
Me and my dad bought this mixer for our live sound production company. I have a mackie onyx 1220 in my home studio and I loved the sound from that board but we just needed a higher channel count for the projects we're doing. I was skeptical because I had a behringer bass amp that was pretty poor quality, but my dad insisted on this one. This mixer on the other hand is great quality, everything from the pre-amps and the very clean signal path to the added built in fx processors. Compared to the onyx, I found that I could hear a slight difference in the xenyx preamp in a studio setting and no apparent difference at all in a live setting, and in the studio I still really liked the xenyx preamp. The features are great; talkback mic, subgroup channel faders and outs, graphic eq/feedback removal, etc... I think that if I was introduced to this board 2 years ago I probably wouldnt have bought the onyx, even though I still love that little mixer. When you consider that you get all these features and ease of use and you don't have to sacrifice ANYTHING in sound quality, this mixer just makes a lot of sense for the price.

Awesome mixer for the price...While it works...
I purchased this mixer in February of 2010 and loved the features for the price. Seven months later and I was back in a Guitar Center asking for a replacement after built-in effects not only died but were causing all manners of feed back and noise; even when they were seemingly shut off. I was happy to see the replacement unit work, but it's been eight months and the built-in effects are on the fritz again. The built in effects were never the greatest, but they're interfering with the normal use of the mixer and that's just unacceptable. I didn't give it one star only because it was a great mixer for the months before it just stopped working. This mixer was purchased for a church.

Typical Behringer, you might get a unit that works ok for a while. While it works you'll say "see B is good stuff"! Then it dies. Have had two effects units go out on these boards. It now just spits random effects onto the main bus even with all FX sends off and the FX engine turned off (no outputs turned up)... making the board totally unreliable and useless. Spend a little extra on something that will last.

The first mixer that I received had to be replaced because of a bad stereo channel. My GC salesperson went to work and had a replacement to me in 3(that's right 3) days. Customer service is thru the roof! The replacement is performing on all cylinders and has all concerned noticing the improvement in sound quality over what we were using. I am suitably impressed with the functions and quality of the SX2442FX. And for the relatively small investment I made in the product I don't believe you could find a better deal or a better functioning product. Thanks to GC and Behringer.
