Behringer EUROPORT MPA100BT 100W Portable Speaker With Wireless Microphone

This thing was amazing for just over a year. Bluetooth worked well. The sound was amazing and very loud. And the battery lasted forever. But now it the battery won't charge and the Bluetooth won't work while the mic is plugged in. This was a great little speaker, but unfortunately it just didn't last.

Much more powerful than any other battery driven amp I've ever used. I really like the ease of use. I can just grab this little tank, plug my guitar in and I'm set. No need for A/C availability, in the backyard, at a park, pool, or campfire this tough little guy rocks. Whether on a stand or not, it projects very well. Haven't used the included mic as I am not a singer, but the PMA100BT is built solid, and despite its 6-1/2 inch driver, I've found it can handle drop-tuned acoustic guitar low frequencies better than I expected it to. Did not distort or break up at all, even tuned down to low C. No background hiss, buzz, or hum either. For anyone who has complaints about poor battery life...that's probably their own fault. The battery required to drive enough power for the volume this unit puts out is a SLA type, and you cannot let them drain to zero. They do require a little more care than your cell phone or a basic bluetooth speaker. My Europort PMA100BT is 2 years old now and running like a champ. Just follow the charging specs and it will serve your needs just fine. Very good product, glad to own it.

The unit itself is nice and works great, especially if you don't need to run off your battery. I used this unit once for a benefit. The next time I tried to use a few months later, the battery was dead and would not take a charge. I should have known better as this happened on a previous unit I purchased. The battery is junk and pretty much impossible to replace because you can't find it. Don't order this unless you don't require running off the battery. This battery is ruining the reputation of an otherwise good product!!

I love this little speaker. The Bluetooth works really well and I can't believe how loud the thing gets. I turned it up all the way and I was afraid I would blow out the speaker. Very impressed.

I work for non-profit that has a need for small events - large volunteer group, press events, opening etc. This was used 1st time in the field (and that is what is great about battery powered) for launch of our "Park-it Market". 200 attendees, outside, attended by press and dignitaries -- it worked great!!! Made me look good for choosing it.

This is a great little amplifier, but it does not have an EQ on it. As a professional singer, I need to be able to change the EQ depending on the acoustics of each room I perform in. For speaking it is great, portable and wireless. Very cool. I am bummed that there is no EQ and therefore everything sounds very flat and dry. Oh well.
