Very Good!
I had the previous model PMP5000 and like the layout of the mixer, but something was going wrong with the amp so I purchased the PMP6000 which had the same layout. I've only use this mixer once so far for DJ'ing and let me tell you this mixer does a great job. Very easy to use and I get no "hiss" like I did with the earlier model.

I bought one of these and used it for about a year in rehearsal didn't get moved around much. Then I put it in storage and when I took it out 4 years later it worked but it started malfunctioning very quickly. I can't imagine if I used it live and moved around with it from show to show it wouldn't last long at all
Way too frequency sensitive for karaoke

This unit is too frequency sensitive when using it for Karaoke. Since most songs are not recorded equal, you have to constantly adjust highs, mids, lows, and frequency to ensure all instruments come through accurately. And tweaking the knobs takes understanding frequency. Also, I bought a package deal with the 12" speakers. There is not enough bass in the package without mudding up the mix. I had to add a subwoofer to get good sound. There are better boards out there.
Happy I found this board!

Just what I was looking for to give us more channels to work with on a solid board. There are definitely more bells and whistles on other boards, especially digital ones, but I needed something that was intuitive to use (since I had been using a Behringer already) and gave us more of what we needed in terms of channels and support.
AWESOME!!!

Can I add an external amp to this?
Yes, you can add an external power amplifier to the Behringer EUROPOWER PMP6000, even though it's a powered mixer. The PMP6000 has "MAIN OUT" (XLR) and "MONITOR OUT" (1/4" TRS) outputs, which are line-level signals. These outputs bypass the internal amplifier and are designed for: Sending to an external power amp (like if you want to drive larger passive speakers). Sending to active (powered) speakers. Feeding a recording device, monitor system, or another mixer.
