Description
The Behringer FCV100 V2 dual mode expression pedal puts you in command of your tone. This versatile pedal works equally well as a volume or modulation pedal, freeing up your hands and energizing your performance. The FCV100 has dual 1/4" inputs to accommodate two mono or one stereo instrument. In Norm mode, it controls the volume of two separate instruments. Switch to CV mode and you can modulate effects and volume levels by connecting Output 2 to your instrument's modulation or volume input. The FCV100's built-in polarity switch ensures compatibility with various effects, keyboards and controllers.
Intuitive Foot Control Of Volume And Modulation
Once you've hooked up your gear, simply depress the FCV100's pedal to swell the sound, then ease back to taper it off. The minimum volume level is set via the Min Vol knob. The pedal's smooth, responsive action makes it easy to sculpt dramatic volume and modulation shifts, injecting energy and dynamism into your playing. Instead of complex hand movements, you can focus on your performance while seamlessly controlling loudness, modulation depth and more.
Flexible Routing For Mono, Stereo And Dual Instruments
The FCV100 accommodates both mono and stereo instruments through its dual 1/4" inputs. Hook up two mono instruments to control them independently or plug in one stereo source. In Norm mode, both inputs work like standalone volume pedals. Switch to CV mode and Output 2 sends control voltage to modulate effects and instruments, while Input 1 still handles volume like in Norm mode. The polarity switch ensures compatibility with different gear.

How can this be used with an effects pedal that can be voltage controlled, such as the Chase Bliss MOOD (Mk II)?
The Behringer FCV100 V2 Dual Mode Expression Pedal is primarily a volume and CV (control voltage) pedal, but it cannot be used directly as a passive expression pedal like the kind Chase Bliss pedals are designed to receive.submitted4 months ago

Is this pedal compatible with a line 6 helix?
Yes, the Behringer FCV100 V2 can be compatible with the Line 6 Helix, but it depends on how you intend to use it and which outputs you use on the FCV100. Using it as an expression pedal (to control wah, volume, effects, etc. digitally in the Helix): Not ideal directly out of the box. The FCV100 is not a dedicated expression pedal—it’s a volume pedal with audio signal pass-through. The Helix expression pedal input expects a passive expression pedal with a TRS (tip-ring-sleeve) connection, using a potentiometer that varies resistance. The FCV100 doesn’t output control voltage over TRS for expression control—it passes audio. So: Unless you modify it or use a specific interface (not generally recommended), the FCV100 is not compatible with the Helix for expression control. Using it in the signal path as a volume pedal: Yes, this is what it's designed for. You can run your guitar/audio signal through it before going into the Helix (or in an FX loop), and use it to control volume like a traditional volume pedal. Note: It can be used in mono or stereo (hence "dual mode").submitteda year ago
