Perfect little mixer for live applications
It's well-made with a solid metal frame and the knobs are a good size and turn with just enough resistance. There is no hiss whatsoever, and if you purchase this item from GC you WILL get the correct power adapter for use in the United States. I had read the reviews for this product on Amazon and many people were complaining that it came with a 220 adapter, not the case when you order it from GC. I lead worship at my church, and when I play in outdoor situations or out of town, I play through my Crate CA-125 - using it as my monitor and running a mixed signal out to the PA system. This little mixer works great because I can add extra microphones or instruments to my single auxiliary input, it works like a charm and is very simple to use. It's pretty small and I use it on top of my amp, with the inputs fed into the back of it through the amp handle. It stays put and the controls are within the same reach as the amp, perfect. Anyone else who is singing or playing with me can just dial in their level with the turn of a knob (very useful when not everyone you play with is tech-savvy). This little mixer is exactly what I was looking for, I can't think of a single way it could be better, and the price is definitely right.

Not stereo, how is that not mentioned more?
Sounds great out of one ear. Returning immediately. I did not expect the first result when I search headphone amp to be mono, and then not be clear about it.

My powered speaker only has one input. This gave me 4 so i can use a wireless microphone, a mp3 player and a bluetooth adapter all at once. This is great for the beach wedding ceremony I have booked.
Works great!

I wanted to play along to my iPad or iPhone. this little jobby does the the job admirably. Just plug the guitar into one channel and the iPad into the other and the output into the amp. Simple and effective.Obviously you can plug up to four hings into it. I wanted to add an image but Guitar Center wont let me. Oh well.

will the headphone output be in both ears? thanks.
No , it won't. The Behringer MicroMIX MX400 is a 4-channel mono line mixer. Its output is mono, meaning that when you connect stereo headphones directly to it, you'll hear sound in only one ear. This is because the mixer sums all inputs into a single mono signal, which is then sent through a 1/4" TS (Tip-Sleeve) output jack.submitted2 months ago

Is this preamp compatible with acoustic instruments that have pickups attached to them?
The Behringer MicroMIX MX400 is designed specifically for unbalanced line-level signals and does not include built-in preamps. Therefore, it is not directly compatible with acoustic instruments that have passive pickups, as these typically output instrument-level signals, which are lower than line-level. Using the MX400 with such instruments may result in weak or noisy audio output.submitted9 months ago

Can I plug a speaker into one of the headphone ports? I would like to output the sound from my mixer into the input port, while plugging one of my speakers into one of the headphone ports. My mixer only has 2 outputs.
Unfortunately, no. The headphone output doesn't have enough wattage to power a speaker.submitteda year ago
