Revolutionary Class-D Amplifier Technology Provides Massive Power in a Featherweight Body
Thanks to Behringer's high-density Class-D amplifier technology, the NX4-6000 provides enormous power and pristine audio quality in an easy-to-use, ultraportable package. Class-D technology is far more energy-efficient than traditional amplifier designs, eliminating the need for heavy transformers and heat sinks. You can crank the NX4-6000 to its full 6,000W potential, channel after channel, without excessive heating or reliability issues.
SmartSense Loudspeaker Impedance Compensation Ensures Optimal Performance
The NX4-6000 incorporates Behringer's SmartSense loudspeaker impedance compensation technology to provide a ruler-flat frequency response regardless of your speaker setup. SmartSense intelligently adapts the NX4-6000's output to match the impedance of your speakers, allowing you to connect multiple ohm speaker loads without any loss of power or tonal quality. The result is more powerful bass and smoother highs.
Flexible Connectivity for Any Application
On the rear panel, each channel features combo XLR connectors to handle balanced or unbalanced signals from any source. It also includes a built-in crossover for running full-range mains and subs. Professional twist-lock speaker outputs ensure maximum power transfer to your speakers. With its immense power, smart features and robust connectivity, the Behringer NX4-6000 is ready to take on any live-sound reinforcement or installation application.
Intuitive Controls Provide Instant Access to Vital Information
The front panel puts all the essential controls and indicators right at your fingertips. After powering on, all four channel Gain knobs are ready to dial in your levels. Multi-color Signal LEDs instantly show the presence of incoming audio, while Limit LEDs indicate maximum output. This comprehensive metering provides peace of mind that the NX4-6000 is operating safely and sounding its best. When sheer power, smart technology and reliability are non-negotiable for your application, look no further than the Behringer NX4-6000 amplifier.

I HAVE 4 PEAVEY QW 15 WILL THIS WORK
Yes, the Behringer NX4-6000 can work with 4 Peavey QW 15 speakers, but you need to pay attention to impedance, wiring configuration, and power handling to avoid damaging your gear. Peavey QW 15: Impedance: 8 ohms Power handling (program): 800 watts Power handling (peak): 1600 watts Behringer NX4-6000: Power output (per channel): 4 × 1600W @ 2 ohms. 4 × 1100W @ 4 ohms. 4 × 600W @ 8 ohms. You have 4 speakers and 4 amplifier channels, so use one speaker per channel, like this:: Channel A QW 15 #1 8Ω 600W Channel B QW 15 #2 8Ω 600W Channel C QW 15 #3 8Ω 600W Channel D QW 15 #4 8Ω 600W 600W at 8 ohms is a bit under the QW 15’s 800W program rating, but it's totally safe and still loud. If you need more headroom, you'd need amps that can do 800–1200W at 8 ohms per channel, but the NX4-6000 will work fine in many live sound applications. Avoid This: Don’t run two QW 15s in parallel on a single channel – that would drop impedance to 4 ohms, and although the amp can handle it, you'd be underpowering each speaker. Don’t bridge the amp channels unless you’re absolutely certain about the impedance and wiring.submitted6 years ago
