Description
The Behringer Powerplay P1 personal in-ear monitor amplifier lets you take charge of what you hear during live gigs and studio sessions. The P1's compact size and metal construction travels easily to deliver monitor mixing right where you need it most—at your fingertips. Drive your in-ear monitors to any volume with the P1's high-power headphone output that won't distort, even with louder bands. Take it on stage or in the studio powered reliably by a 9V battery or optional SU-SB DC adapter.
Craft Your Personal Mix With Dual XLR Inputs
The Powerplay P1 gives you the flexibility of two XLR inputs to accommodate mono signals from two mics or instruments or a stereo signal from a mixing console or audio interface. Blend the two mono channels to your liking with the convenient balance control while the level control adjusts the overall volume of your monitor mix so you can clearly hear every detail. Creating your personal mix is fast and intuitive with no complicated menus or settings to scroll through. Just plug in your sources, balance and go.
Hear Every Nuance Clearly With High-Power Output
As stage volume rises or studio tracks layer up, the P1's high-power headphone output will continue to drive your in-ear monitors at any volume without distortion. Hear your performance or mix with exceptional clarity, picking up on subtle details that can get lost at lower volumes. A built-in current limiter protects your hearing by preventing unexpected signal spikes from reaching your ears at damaging levels. Isolate your ears from loud instrument amps and monitor wedges so you only hear the balanced monitor mix coming through your headphones or in-ears.
Take It on Stage or in the Studio
The durable P1 features a metal chassis designed to hold up to life on the road or in the studio. Its compact size takes up minimal space on a pedalboard, drum kit or desktop. Convenient options for power including a 9V battery for over 12 hours of life or a SU-SB DC adapter (sold separately) make the P1 a reliable monitoring solution. Mount the P1 on a mic stand or drum stand to position it right where you need it. For recording artists and performers who want to take control of their stage and studio monitor mixes, the Behringer Powerplay P1 puts personal monitoring at your fingertips.

Nice product
The Power P1 is a nice unit. I play acoustic piano with a gospel worship/praise band. With drums, organ, bass and singers, it can get so loud I can't hear myself or some time the singer. The P1 allowed me to hear myself clearly and dial in the others. I would be nice if there were eq on the unit. Also the complaint about the poor design on the battery door is valid. The door is hard to open and easy to break. Overall I would and have recommended the P1 to others.

Definitely works as advertised! Easy to set up and use. Powered by 9 volt battery or 9 volt power source. I get about 6 hours out of a battery, If you gig with it, I would recommend get a power source. Otherwise no complaints here. There are also YouTube tutorials if you are not sure how to set up. Also get yourself some xlr cables!
Works great, ease of operation
