Description
The Behringer UC200 Ultra Chorus pedal puts exceptional modulation effects at your feet. With dedicated knobs for Level, Tone, Rate and Depth, you can shape luscious, animated chorus textures with ease. The UC200's controls give you versatility to craft anything from subtle, shimmering warbles to seasick undulations. A cool blue LED indicates when the effect is active and alerts you when the battery needs replacing. First-class electronic on/off switching ensures full signal integrity so your tone stays pristine. Power up the UC200 Chorus pedal with a 9V battery or optional power supply (sold separately) for cable-free convenience. Weighing less than a pound, the compact UC200 travels easily to gigs and rehearsals.
Sculpt Your Sound With Intuitive Controls
The Behringer UC200 Chorus pedal puts essential parameters at your feet with dedicated knobs for Level, Tone, Rate and Depth. The Level knob adjusts the volume of the effected signal, letting you balance chorus against your original guitar tone. Turn the Tone knob to shape the EQ of the chorus effect. Lower settings warm it up while higher settings add brilliance and clarity. The Rate knob controls the speed of the LFO modulating your signal. Set it slow for smooth, dreamy warbles or crank it fast for seasick, undulating textures. The Depth knob determines the intensity of the chorus effect. Subtle, shallow settings create gentle movement, while deeper settings take you into intense, warbling territory.
High-Quality Switching and Power Options
The UC200 Chorus pedal utilizes a first-class electronic on/off switch that maintains full signal integrity when bypassing the effect. This ensures your tone stays crisp and articulate. Power up the pedal with a 9V battery for cable-free convenience or use an optional 9V DC power supply (sold separately) for uninterrupted playing time. A cool blue LED indicates when the chorus effect is active and alerts you when the battery needs replacing.

Great Pedal Made Even Better by the Price
I got this pedal about six days ago, and have had a pretty good amount of time to play around with it. So far, here are the obvious things you'll notice right off the bat: The plastic casing: I read about the casing in reviews, but I have to say, it LOOKS even cheaper than the reviews said. Now, that being said, the pedal itself is actually quite durable. (I believe it to be anyway. I obviously don't go around dropping my pedals to see which ones will break first.....) The strange Gzztt. Yup. I have no idea what it is, but whenever I use this pedal, unless I have the tone knob all the way down, it makes a weird gzztt sound when the chorus comes in. You know, imagine a First Act distortion pedal. XD I personally like the sounds of the chorus with the tone knob at 1 or 2, but to someone else that might be a problem. The warm up time: When I turn it on for the first in each day, it feels like there is about a 30 sec. - 1 min. warm up time, where the pedal is on but doesn't do anything while it actually turns itself on. I'm fine with waiting, but if you're playing live, that might be an issue. Not sure know. (It could just be my model, too) Overall, I am very happy with the sound. It gives a very warm chorus effect to my tone, and I would highly recommend it. (Especially to a Youth Group band guitarist. It's perfect for what I do in my Youth Group Band.) I gave the pedal four stars, but the price deserves five. Great pedal overall, with just a few minors issues. Great for a low budget musician like myself. (I have to find a way to afford equipment for my guitars, drums and piano! O.O)

I am running this pedal through a 5150 iconic combo amp. I am able to get some amazing tone with this pedal through clear and distortion heavy channels.

This pedal sounds great! I have it going through the effects loop of my Marshall DSL20HR. The only possible drawback of this pedal is that it is made of plastic compared to the equivalent BOSS pedal which is made of metal so I'm not sure how it would hold up for a gigging musician, but for use at home it's perfect. Supposedly in A/B tests, the Behringer pedal sounds virtually identical to the BOSS.

I bought this just for fun, not expecting to actually take it seriously, and at the same time that I bought an Electro-Harmonix Small Stone Phase Shifter (a rather famous pedal). Up until this point, I actually preferred phaser over chorus, and so the Small Stone was for serious playing, while the chorus was just to mess around with and add to my Berhinger pedal collection. Not only was this pedal immediately given a primary slot on my Berhinger pedalboard, but the only time it's not on that chain is when it's on my primary pedalboard. I even prefer it and use it far more than the phase shifter. Now, I am primarily a bass guitar player, so my Berhinger pedalboard is for guitar (an instrument that I don't play professionally very often), -a pedalboard designed for non-serious usage. My primary pedalboard is for my bass, and half of the pedals are electro-harmonix. In addition to making me enjoy playing regular guitar more in my free time, this pedal has given me a variety of versatile sounds on the bass.
