Bang For The Buck

For the price, this little 7 pound 300 watt amp can handle your on stage performance needs! Stand alone for small to medium sized venues. Using this amp on your favorite bass cab will not disappoint. I start with the EQ in the neutral position and go from there. Experiment with the frequencies that sound good to you and gels with your bass/speaker rig.

So disapointed

The day i got it i followed all the directions to set up to my cabs. 4x12 8ohm ampeg cab into a ba115 8ohm behringer cab so i could have 300watts at 4ohms. I used brand new speaker cables that i ordered with the amp and within 3 miniutes it was cuttingbout for 3 to 5 seconds almost nonstop. I sent in an email to behringer and still no reply. I dont think anyone should be buying their equipment after this experience.

    I have been using this for regular gigging in smaller clubs/bars etc for about 4 years now and it does the job well. i run it thru a Gallien-Kruegerr 4-10 4ohm cabinet for gigs and an ampeg 1-15 8 ohm cabinet for practice and sounds great thru both (definite difference in power between the 2) the EQ, second channel and built in compressor gives me plenty of tone selection for the room i'm in . i like the Ultrabass feature too--fun to play with--but don't use it much. it's also light weight and affordable

    Scared it will break down . Not to many good reviews , I love the tone , maybe my Ampeg 400 w 4-10 cab helps . So for I'm cool
