Behringer

collapse expand iconDescription

The Behringer XENYX QX1222USB mixer puts exceptional mixing power in your hands. With 12 channels, each with 3-band EQ for sculpting your sound, plus built-in effects like reverb, and delay to add polish and dimension, the QX1222USB brings outstanding quality to live gigs and studio sessions. The QX1222USB even comes with Tracktion recording software so you can start composing, editing and sharing your music right away.

3-Band EQ

Every one of the 12 mono channels on the XENYX QX1222USB mixer has a 3-band British-style EQ for detailed tone tweaking. The musical EQ lets you boost or attenuate low, mid and high frequencies to get the perfect sound. Dial in just the right amount of low-end thump on kick drums, cut boxy mids on guitars and add sizzle to cymbals. The EQs give you great creative control over the input channels so you can sculpt a mix that sounds fantastic.

Add Depth and Polish With Built-In Effects

The XENYX QX1222USB has a high-quality Klark Teknik effects processor onboard to add rich ambience and dimension to your mixes. Reverbs, choruses, flangers and more are available, with 100 presets to choose from. The effects add the finishing touch, letting you create a sound that captivates the audience. Delay and reverb are great for vocals, while modulation effects like flange work nicely on guitars and keyboards. With the tap tempo function, you can even sync delay times and modulation rates to the beat.

Tune the Room With 7-Band Graphic EQ

To compensate for stage or room acoustics, the XENYX QX1222USB provides a 7-band graphic EQ that you can assign to the main or monitor bus. Boosting or cutting frequencies helps counteract an overly bright or boomy room. The graphic EQ lets you tune the PA to sound its best in the environment. Visual feedback from the EQ sliders makes it easy to identify problem frequencies that need adjustment.

Record Directly to Your Computer

The built-in USB audio interface provides a direct connection to your computer for recording, podcasting and more. Simply connect a USB cable to instantly access the mixer's channels and effects in your PC or Mac recording software. With the included Tracktion recording software, you have everything needed to start capturing performances, composing tracks, editing audio and sharing mixes. The XENYX QX1222USB makes computer-based recording easy.

I use it in my home studio. Fantastic interface with (No) latency, great preamps, and small footprint Pluged it into the computer with Studio One and there was no issues and dead quiet. I will be upgrading to the 24/42 as production demands a few more channels. Have to touch on the interface,, i went through 4 other outboard prior to useing the Behringer and all were useless to me. All problems solved with the Behringer. . Cudos

Excellent sound, easy to use and it is nice having a fader dedicated to the USB input, The display for the effect is impossible to read unless you are directly over it, any angle at all and you can't see it at all.
