The XENYX X2222USB mixer is equipped with Behringer's renowned XENYX mic preamps to deliver exceptional transparency and dynamic range. With a wide bandwidth, these high-headroom preamps capture your sound with stunning accuracy. The preamps offer a staggering 130dB of dynamic range to handle everything from the subtlest nuances to the loudest peaks without distortion. Sculpt Your Tone With British-Style EQ

Finding the perfect tonal balance is easy with the XENYX X2222USB mixer's British-style EQ on each channel. These musical equalizers are inspired by the EQs found in classic British mixing consoles from the 1960s and '70s. Give vocals more body, make guitars growl or brighten up cymbals with the XENYX EQs.

Dial in Rich Effects

The built-in 24-bit dual engine FX processor provides a wide selection of effects to add dimension and polish. Choose from 16 studio-grade presets like hall and room-style reverbs, choruses, flangers, delays and more. Easily tweak parameters like reverb time, modulation speed or delay repetitions using the intuitive interface. The Tap button allows you to quickly sync time-based effects to your song's tempo. Store your favorite effect settings for instant recall during gigs. Add the perfect touch of ambience to vocals and instruments to take your mixes to the next level.

Great Mixer, Great Price

As the Sound Engineer for our church for about 8 years I have experienced numerous different circumstances that have really challenged me and my abilities to keep the sound taylored properly for the most natural sound and all the while fighting feedback if it might suddenly come unexpectedly. Controlling the sound not only for the chior and the Pastor, but also the band and the various singers, and also different guest speakers and singers. And having various microphones being used and passed between both experienced and unexperienced speakers and singers, including children, and dealing with an ever varying size of attending members and visitors, the job of engineering the sound is usually never smooth sailing. Enter this Behringer XENYX X2222USB USB Mixer. This is really a great mixer, especially for a church on a budget. It has all the standard controls one would find on a mixer and even has a bunch of built in effects to make even an amateur singer really sound great. Feedback is easily tweeked out. And I love that each input has PFL so I can isolate each individual microphone and discreetly listen to just that one singer/instrument by itself and adust their sound as needed. The mixer is extremely quiet and has very minimal line noise and really seems to be built quite sturdy. This is our first Behringer mixer and my first experience with Behringer, and I am very impressed and it has been a pleasure to use this mixer. I highly recommend this mixer without hesitation.

Overall very good product HOWEVER!!!!

I will mirror some of the good reviews by saying this has functionality as advertised. I would say from a sound quality on a channel and main bus mixing outstanding for the price HOWEVER, I had one issue, isolation between busses. I bought this for the multi-bus so I could listen to a full mix and just record specific tracks. Fundamentally this works however while recording I noticed bleed through from the drum track I was not recording. Although it was faint it was there non the less. Unfortunately I will be taking this back and paying the higher price for another brand. It really comes down to quality and I guess I prefer good isolation. Again I'm not saying this is bad for the money. I was very impressed with everything else and this is by far the best functionality for the price. It comes down to where your quality threshold lies and what is important to you and how you want to use the product.

I did house sound for a large church about 35 years ago, took a college course on mixing about 20 years ago and have forgotten everything I ever learned. I've got the basics down now and am relearning things on a daily basis. This mixer will do anything I need and then some.

I use this for myself in my home studio and in live settings for my band. I really got this specific one because of the on-board FX so I could free up a rack space on my rack. I am very pleased! Everything works as it should. I just wish there were more XLR in/outs rather than the 1/4" in/outs. Great board, great FX, will be more than satisfactory for a small PA setup.

Playing small venues, recording this is a great mixer for the price. I found with a little work finding the sweet spot the compressor does make a difference and does very well. I do like the mid range sweep function and the onboard effects do a good job also. I had a Mackie before the Behringer ... was not that impressed at all with the Mackie and I payed more for it.

This is an unpowered mixer, so it would require a power amp or powered speakers.

It depends on what you're looking to do with it. If you need to use cables longer than 50' you need to get a thicker gauge cable to avoid signal loss. Give us a call at 866-498-7882 and we can get you set up with the right cables for your needs.

It might. Depending on the rack case. the only thing to watch out for is to make sure that the back fits height-wise because some rack cases aren't deep enough for it.
