This is an awesome guitar. It sound great as an acoustic through a pa system. The electric side sounds fantastic through an electric guitar amp. I've read that some people wish it had two outputs, but you can accomplish the same with an A/B switch. Much more comfortable to play standing than a dreadnought acoustic. #sweepstakes

The first thing to understand about this hybrid acoustic/electric is that it's meant to be plugged into an amp. If you play it unplugged it will sound like a toy guitar, but that's not how it was intended to be played. With a modeling amp you can go from acoustic to elect in a snap.

Can you send the piezo and humbucker to separate amps?

Can you send the piezo and humbucker to separate amps?

    Open Reply - Gear-Support
The Fender Acoustasonic Jazzmaster does not allow you to send the piezo and humbucker signals to separate amps straight out of the box. If you want to run the piezo (acoustic) and humbucker (electric) to separate amps, you can: Use an ABY or signal-splitting pedal: Run the guitar into a signal-splitting pedal (like the Radial ABY or Lehle Little Dual). Use the blend knob on the guitar to dial fully acoustic or electric. Toggle between the signals with the ABY pedal and send them to separate amps.
