Description
The Fender Paramount PD-220E dreadnought acoustic-electric guitar combines state-of-the-art craftsmanship with vintage-inspired appointments for a peak playing experience. Built with a solid Sitka spruce or solid mahogany top, and solid mahogany back and sides, the Paramount PD-220E features an offset X-bracing pattern that has been refined to optimize resonance and tone.
A Fender- and Fishman-designed Sonitone Plus pickup amplifies the full, balanced tone of the Paramount PD-220E’s dreadnought body shape, while the soundhole-mounted controls preserve the vintage aesthetics. Under the top, a body-sensing pickup enhances the soundboard’s vibrations, which can then be blended with the undersaddle Sonicore pickup. Additional appointments include snowflake-shaped pearloid fingerboard inlays; feathered purfling, rosette and backstrip; an ovangkol bridge and fingerboard; slim-taper mahogany neck; and a bone nut and saddle.
The Paramount PD-220E comes with a hardshell case.

I could not find one in stock so I took a chance and bought it sight unseen. I liked it from this first time I opened the case. The guitars look is good - just like the photos. The action was great and it is so light! I love the rich mellow sound. Only thing I did was replace the strings.
