I own seven basses, been playing for twenty four years. This is far and above the best in my collection. Beautiful finish, crisp pickups, plays smoothly. I have learned that frets are overrated and unnecessary. Only knock on this bass, is that the 9 volt batteries that it came with were DOA...
Fantastic, pick ups are rock solid with deep warm sounds

Great look and feel, electronics are awesome, takes a little while to get acquainted with the tuning of the fretless sound but opens up a whole spectrum of options for great phrases.

The bass itself is beautiful.... unfortunately it has a faulty output jack... did not want to take a chance at returning and getting a damaged or faulty instrument, so I kept it and ordered a replacement output jack from Sweetwater, will change it out and be pleased with the instrument at that point.

This is a great bass. It has a deep booming sound without any twang or hum. The pickups are great - very quiet. The equalizers let you bring out whichever register you want more of. I was told by salespeople at 2 different stores that I wouldn't like this bass, and needed to buy the more expensive models. I'm glad I didn't listen to them. This bass is awesome and the price is good. The bass is very nice looking; the wooden tones match the gold hardware. I love that it is fret less; however you do have to have a good ear. I appreciate being able to tune the notes with my fingers without running into a metal fret. The painted lines on the fretboard are a great guide. The electronics of the bass are a little heavy, but it's well balanced. It sits nicely on one's lap or on a strap. I would definitely recommend this instrument.

This bass is AMAZING. And I mean amazing. Everything about is is just so great. At first I was a bit weary of getting a fretless but this thing did not make me regret it at all! I would recommend this to any bass player out there!

Since I bought this bass 3 years ago, it has been my go to instrument whenever I play. First of all, the electronics sound great, you really have infinite tonal capabilities with this bass. The neck is probably my favorite part though. It is so thin and playable. It is also a very lightweight guitar so it doesn't break your back if you're playing long shows. A great buy, especially for the money.
