I bought mine as a blem. I was expecting to have to do work on the frets like everything else. First of all, the only thing I found wrong was the treble know slipped on the pot shaft. Easy fix. The neck was set up already. The frets are perfect, action is low. The finish is perfect. It has a muddier tone than my stingray but its easily adjusted. The only real issue i have like others is the machineheads. 2 will be replaced for now until i get a new set. Its not as good as the EBMM Sterling I had 20 years ago, but it feels like home.
