A league of it's own!

I just read the negative reviews and have no clue what these guys are talking about. It's almost as if they were paid to insult the product. This mixer is in a league of its own and is packed with lots of features! It has THE BEST pre-amps I've ever heard. I've used the previous version of this mixer for years with zero problems. I highly recommend this product!

Terribly Disappointed

Terribly disappointed. I had big plans for this 8 channel mixer and have been a big Bose customer for many years. I had the T8S all but a few days connected to my L1 Model II. During a rehearsal the T8S powers off in the middle of a song. I rebooted the system and, although the T8S powered up again, it would not stay on. It would shut down seconds after it powered up. I returned the unit immediately for a full refund. I am obliged to give this one star in order to post this review. If I could, I would give it no stars.

I really like the way this mixer works with the Bose L1Pro. Used with a tone match cable the convenience and sound is great. Only thing is I am on my third mixer as the first two had to be returned due to issues. I wonder if Bose had a bad run of chips? The third one is doing great.

  • This is a great little mixer when paired with a Bose L1 Pro

I have a Yamaha tf digital mixer (coming from the basic built in presets with no other eq) and the bose t8 sounds in my opinion, better with the sm 58 and beta 58 presets. My sm 58 and beta sound really good with the bose. As far as my ksm9, I took longer to set up a nice sound with the bose.

I purchased an L1 Bose system several years ago, but I need more than the 4 channels that it came with. Can I simply "swap" the T4 with a new T8 mixer? I'm a little worried because I've been reading some less-than-favorable reviews. Thoughts? Thanks, Kyle
