The Bugera V55 Infinium tube combo amp brings vintage tube tone and modern reliability together in one versatile 2-channel combo amp. With the Bugera V55 Infinium, you get a powerful 55W tube amp loaded with 3x12AX7 preamp tubes and 2x6L6 power tubes, providing two independent channels with separate controls so you can dial in just the right tone. The clean channel brings shimmering cleans with headroom to spare, while the drive channel unleashes everything from bluesy crunch to heavy distortion, all switchable via the included heavy-duty footswitch.

Dial in Vintage Tube Tone and Modern Reliability With Infinium

The Bugera V55 Infinium keeps your tone vintage-authentic with its all-tube design, but also gives you modern reliability thanks to its revolutionary Infinium Tube Life Multiplier technology. Infinium extends tube life by significantly lowering operating temperatures and maintaining optimal plate voltages during operation. You get that coveted vintage tube saturation and responsiveness without worrying about premature tube wear or replacement. The 3-band EQ with presence control provides further tonal shaping to craft your ideal sound.

Two Independent Channels With Individual Controls

The Bugera V55 Infinium sports two independent channels with separate gain and tone controls so you can set up the perfect clean and overdriven tones. The clean channel brings pristine headroom with plenty of shimmer, while the drive channel takes you from growling blues to searing rock. Switch between channels and activate the studio-quality reverb with the included footswitch. Each channel has dedicated EQ so you can optimize your tone for each.

Dial In Your Signature Sound

Between its flexible dual-channel design, 3-band EQ and tube power, the V55 Infinium gives you endless tone-tweaking possibilities. Shape your gain tones with the dedicated Presence control. Boost mids to cut through a mix or scoop them for an open, airy sound. Add some low end thump or sparkling high end shimmer. Whether you need warm jazz tones, growling rock crunch or glassy country twang, the V55 Infinium has you covered.

55W of Tube Power Through a Custom 12" Speaker

This 1x12 combo pumps 55W of tube power through a custom-designed 12" Turbosound speaker, giving you authoritative tone with articulate note definition even at higher volumes. The semi-closed back design enhances low end response, making your tone tight and focused when you dig in.

Vintage Style Meets Modern Convenience

The Bugera V55 Infinium combo amp exudes vintage vibe with its retro-styled cabinet covered in classy diamond tolex, vintage-look control panel and chrome corner protectors. But it also packs modern features like headphone/line out for silent practice or direct recording and an FX loop for integrating external effects. Relive classic tube tone and get the best of both eras with the Bugera V55 Infinium.

This amp's clean tone is amazing. I plug into the "bright" input for funk and soul and use the normal input for jazz. It's exactly what I wanted.

This amp has really great tones and gets loud enough to use in just about any situation. Definitely don't want to stand too close while playing. I love the clean channel for its clarity. And the tones only get better with distortion.

  • Great amp!

Not much distortion at low volumes. Great sounding cleans, awesome reverb, has some crunch at higher volumes. Not for the bedroom musician, way too loud. Maybe try the v22 for that. Not portable at all. Weighing in at just over 50 lbs, this isn't one you want to lug to and from church twice a week like I do my solid state fender.

I tested the Bugera V22 Combo at the local Guitar Center and I really liked the nice clean warm tone and it is a great looking amp too. After reading all the information and reviews I could find on the internet I decided on buying the V55 for more power if I needed it later on. The V55 had great reviews too. I ordered the amp, and waited almost 3 weeks for it to arrive. It looked great and a very nice feature is the foot switch is included. I was really excited to get it. Well, it didn't seem to sound as good as the the V22 in the store sounded. Each evening I play guitar a couple of hours. I hoped that maybe the speaker needed to break it and then the amp would sound better. That didn't happen. Each evening it actually sounded worse no matter what guitar I used. On the 5th evening about half way through the first song it sounded like the forth of July inside the amp. Before I could even get over to it to shut it off it just went dead. I took it back to the Guitar Center the next day. They checked it out and it had a blow fuse. They replaced the fuse and as soon as it was switched off standby it blew that fuse too. Maybe I just got a bad one ?? Well I got a refund and will save my money for an amp from a better company than Beringer/Bugera. I was really disappointed. The reviews mostly all stated that Bugera was a completely revamped company from the parent company Beringer and I really hoped that what I read was true. I have since found out that about 50% of the new Bugera amps fail and get returned. Not a good record. Who wrote all those good reviews and who paid them to do it ?
