The Hurricane Haze 2 Digital from Chauvet is a water-based haze machine that creates a thin atmosphere to enhance your any of your favorite lightning effects. Chauvet designed the Hurricane Haze 2 with the ability to run continuously, and never needs to stop to reheat, which means that the haze is constantly ready-to-go. Additional features include a blower speed, haze output, and output angle control that are all adjustable to give you complete control over the type of atmosphere you want to create. The low fluid indicator gives a warning before running out of fluid, so you won't be caught off-guard. Control is via DMX or the included wired, timer remote, which stores conveniently in the fixture for easy use and transportation.

    I ordered this haze machine over a month ago and after I placed order I found out it was on back order. Well anyways when I took it out of the box the power cord was a European style so I could not plug it in. After searching around the house i found an old computer cord that worked so i used that. After plugging it in the display started blinking but I could not adjust anything on the menu and the remote did not work. I called tech support again and after 10 mins the person on duty could not tell me the problem. i can't believe they actually shipped this broken product out

    I tend to stand clear of entry level equipment as I spend 100+ dates on the road. Needed a Hazer for some smaller events that we weren't using a production company. I looked at a lot of reviews online and found that many were being shipped dead on arrival. My impression after reading reviews online was that a B stock would maybe have a better chance of working as it would have just left the factory after getting checked over. Boy was I wrong. The Hazer came covered with fluid all over it and once powered up would not produce haze. I sent it back and went with a brand new one. That came along dead on arrival as well. This one seemed to have a pump problem. It would make a loud buzzing noise but not produce haze. Third times a charm, we sent it back again and got one that worked. It is what it is. We have used it for 3 events and it has worked ok although it is loud and doesn't produce enough haze for much more than a 100-200 person room.

    I've been looking for a good hazer for Church, but they are either expensive, or don't look good in our room. It seats about 350-400 people, and is stadium shaped. But this hazer is perfect. yeah it runs continually, and warms up in about 2 minutes, but it fills the room very evenly. the fan built in is great, (even though i prefer an external fan) and it never clogs. i used normal fog fluid, and i still looks great. Why give it a 4 stars? it drips a little bit after about 20 minutes of running. other than that, Spot on!

    this haze machine is great. It can fill a room very fast and it warms up very fast too. It can be ready to go in 3-5 min. Overall a great haze machine.
