    Arrived on time and undamaged box and goods but was missing power cable and instructions. Called guitar center and did not solve my problem. They suggested I exchange it at a store. Good thing I had a spare cable and the product works well. Very disappointed in guitar center since they would not send me a new cable and disappointed the product arrived missing the power cable. Don't know if the item was used or returned. Or if it came from the factory without a cable and instructions but. It's unfortunate guitar center couldn't solve my problem and only resolution was to take it back for an exchange or to buy another one from the then return the one that arrived with missing cable. Then have to deal with a person at a store that may or may not believe me what happened. Plus I would loose my guitar center cash I used on the first purchase. What a cluster. Good thing the light worked and I was able to use it.

    i love everything about this light! afnd i plan on getting a second one real soon! my only complaint is the stobes! they look awesome everynow n then but most of the presets are too saturated with the strobes and usualy end up blinding the crowds unless the light is really high up! definitly recomend some sort of dmx control when using this so you can get the full affect of the derby and lazers and mabey just have one or 2 scenes with the strobe function and even then i choose the single led strobe chase. Having any more is just too blinding but overall great great product!
