Seems to work ok, the knobs fell off the sliders the first time I used it. Comes with a good power supply chord. The manual print is so small it is very hard to read. Had a coupon so i guess it's not bad for the price.

Great easy to use intro controller for Local traveling DJs. If you need a cost effective controller this is the one, just make sure you add the warranty and you are straight for 2 years.
Great controller for the price!

Functionally, this is a great little controller, and it's a breeze to learn, program, and use during a show. It works like a charm with several LED's I've used so far with it. It is well worth it for the price, if all you need is to control 8 fixtures or less. Although, I'm puzzled about why the designers did not design the DMX output jack to come straight out of the back of it, instead you have to allow almost one rack space above to get a straight 3-pin connector plugged into it. Maybe there's a 90 degree XLR connector out there I'm not aware of.

1. Manual makes hooking it up very easy, but I have a mild understanding of dipswitches. 2. The manual does not include a couple valuable pieces of information, such as the programmable chases are "toggle" switches, which turn on and off so that multiple chases can be run in sequence; 3. The machine works exactly as one would predict. You program it like drawing cell animation. Everything for one "Frame" (scene) then hit enter, and do the next scene. 4. Probably took about 2-4 hours of just playing to get it perfect. 5. Truly, for the price it is a great investment, especially since you can rack mount it or table top. I would highly recommend it for the bar/concert gigs. We run it with Chauvet LEDRain 38's.
Very Easy To Learn and Use!

This unit is the easiest to learn and will have you wondering why it took so long to get into LED's! Just read the instructions and connect 1 light at a time. Assign your faders and you're in business! I bought 2 to handle all my lights and very satisfied with the results! Most economical on the market. The guys at Guitar Center are the most helpful and informative..... Thanks guys!
Great Beginner Board!

I got this board to do lighting for some local bands and so far just playing with it is great! I love the built in mic really comes in handy but be sure the speakers playing have bass or the board won't pick it up. So far I have put together a bunch of chases in 4 days. If you have 8 or less fixtures and want to put on a show, then this is your board!

I have 6 thin par lights. I want to use two for front lights and four rear lights. Can I assign each group to work independently? Ex.: Fronts are white and the rear to work as color separately. Will this controller do this?
:Yes, although you will need a dimmer pack.
