    Very disapointed! Strings arrived three weeks late. First off the strings are not labeled, secondly the wrapped ball ends were not attached correctly so the broke and unwrapped immediately. Very disapointed, will search for another brand. Not happy about how long they took to get here. The people who ordered them from the store said they would arrive within five days, took weeks, out of stock. Should the store have seen that when they kindly placed the order for me? This email asking me to rate the strings came in before the order came in, huh? I did like the customer service st the Ranch Cucamonga store, they were great.
