The fingerboard and body are bound with ivoroid binding giving this entry-level ukulele an elegant, Old World appearance. Unlike most instruments in this category, the Cordoba 15SM is designed to have an authentic abalone rosette and satin finish that make this an exceptional ukulele for the both beginners and enthusiasts alike.     Awhile back something got my attention on this brand and I purchased a C3M classical guitar by Cordoba. Then I got into the ukulele and got me a Tenor size Cordoba which is amazing. Most recently I wanted a soprano and it was clear that I was going for a Cordoba once again and the choice was perfect. For under $100 I got me a mahogany soprano Ukulele with that cool looking white binding and awesome rosette. The fretboard feels smooth and the tone is perfect, you cant go wrong weather you're a beginner or pro with this one!!

    I like this product even thought it is my first it seems like I can practice easily and often since it is such a fun instrument
