What finish is on this guitar

The Cort CORE-GA Solid Blackwood Grand Auditorium Acoustic-Electric Guitar in Light Burst features an Open Pore Light Burst finish. This finish is a very thin, open-pore lacquer that allows the natural grain and texture of the solid blackwood to remain visible and tactile. Unlike high-gloss finishes, the open-pore approach enhances the guitar's resonance and sustain by allowing the wood to vibrate more freely. Additionally, this finish reduces the overall weight of the instrument, contributing to improved playability .
