It does not matter how good a company's strings sound if they come to the player with pits and rust spots right out of the box.

These EJ70 Phosphor Bronze Mandolin strings just ring so beautifully. They last seemingly forever, but at some point even these great strings need to be replaced... and ball end strings for mandolin are hard to find! So glad Guitar Center offers these from D'Addario, even if I have to order online. My Ovation mandolin just isn't right without them.
