    I was told that strings make a huge difference and these D'Addario EXL160S make an amazing difference. I play an inexpensive Epiphone EB-0 electric bass and soon as I installed these strings it sounds as though I have a much more expensive bass. D'Addario is a brand I will stick with from now on.
