collapse expand iconDescription

The D'Addario Equinox Headstock Tuner utilizes a breakthrough piezo sensor rather than sound, allowing you to tune your instrument with pinpoint accuracy even in the noisiest and dimmest conditions where other tuners fail. The Equinox Headstock Tuner is suitable for tuning all stringed instruments including guitars, basses, violins, ukuleles and more. Its sensitive piezo sensor and customizable sweetener settings are optimized for the distinct vibrations of each instrument type.

Piezo Sensor Detects Vibrations for Unparalleled Accuracy

At the heart of the Equinox Headstock Tuner is a highly sensitive piezo sensor that detects the subtlest string vibrations to provide an extremely precise tuning experience. Forget about ambient noise interference—this innovative tuner cuts through the sonic clutter to give you an accurate reading every time. With its pivoting display, the Equinox Headstock Tuner is easy to read at any angle so you can tune quickly and get back to playing.

Large Multi-Color Display Visible in Any Lighting

The Equinox Headstock Tuner features a large display with vibrant multi-color LEDs that are clearly visible even on the darkest of stages. With this tuner's bright screen and intuitive interface, you'll never struggle to read or operate it, allowing you to tune with confidence in any environment.

Convenient Twin Pack for Efficiency

For your convenience, the Equinox Headstock Tuner comes in a pack of two identical tuners. Keep one as a backup or tune two instruments at once—the choice is yours. With an affordable price for this useful twin pack, you'll always have a precision tuner on hand when you need it.

This was a good value in the two pack. Allowed me to put a tuner in each of my guitar cases. I find that the tuning can be easily affected by very minor background noise so take care to use it when it is quiet.

I normally use soundhole tuners, but got this one to be able to quick go from one instrument to another. Great visibility and accuracy, folds down into a nice compact package for transport.

  • Would definitely buy again

I own both these D'Addario Headstock Tuners, as well as the Super Snark Headstock Tuners. These D'Addarios have one distinct advantage over the Snarks. They will recognize bass frequencies much more easily. They don't struggle to find those bass frequencies while one is tuning. As I've learned via using both while tuning my electric basses.
