    I got two sets of these for the acoustic player in the praise band I am in at my church. I love DR's for my electric, and have the RARE Phosphor Bronze strings on my acoustic that seem to last forever and sound great. Sound quality on these was awesome like all DR stings, way better than the Elixir Nanoweb strings he usually uses. He is a total spazz and really does alot of agressive strumming and really fast single note picking with rock faces to match. After about 30 minutes of playing he broke the G and B strings one after the next twice in a row (both sets). That was pretty sad, he doesn't roast the Elixirs that way, he usually gets a few months out of them. It isn't his guitar either, he has a very nice Breedlove that is perfectly set up. So, gotta say, these aren't for the heavy handed guys out there.
