    I ordered these because I love almost all DR strings I have ever used. I was going to use these for D standard/Drop C tuning. Boy was I wrong. These strings are absolutely lifeless at any tuning beyond standard, and even then these are great. I ended up having to take these off and go buy another set. These strings did not impress, and weren't great at all.

    All I can say about these strings are that they are amazing! I have used other strings and I would use these over others anyday! I do alot of bends and dives and with these I barely ever have to retune. They last a long time too.

    I put them on my Epiphone Les Paul standard. No surprise, DR makes Awesome strings,very comfortable. even better when drop tuning.they stay in tune and sounds great.

    these strings will not break! they stay in tune no matter how hard you play. also they dont get mushy sounding when you tune down. harmonics scream like a banshee. with most strings i will have to change them every 6 months to keep them sounging bright- but the dime strings i have not changed them in 9 months and still sound good as the day i put them on

    i started using these strings about 8 months ago and they have never dissapointed me and i have never had a single problem. not one string has snapped on me so far and even after i've played these for hours straight they never go out of tune. they always sound bright and fresh. i would recomend these strings and only these strings because they simply are the best of the best. if you have been considering buying these, do yourself a favor, order a pack and try these out for yourself, i guarantee you will not be dissapointed.
