    I've been using DR strings on my basses for years. Black Beauties on my Dingwall AB1, Hi-Beams on everything else. Brilliant tone and much longer lasting than any others that I've used. Six string sets on my current stage basses. A Modulus Q6 and an Ibanez EHB1506MS

    I'm under quarantine at the moment... Well, not me, but the gigs are... So I took this time to try these out. So far, dry, (Without an Amp) they sound great. If I can't hear them live and unplugged, then I'll throw them out right away. They feel pretty good too... so far.

    The strings sound clear and "happy" if that makes sense. I find myself using the B and C strings more frequently and it's quite a bit more clear sounding than my previous set. They fit great on my ibanez btb686sc Terra Firma.
