Description
Rare phosphor bronze acoustic bass strings from DR Strings are a departure from the standard, good quality bronze string currently available, with a new, different, and stronger voice. Bass players who want a fatter, louder sound and a deeper bottom will appreciate the Rare phosphor tone, sound, and feel.

I have always loved DR strings on my electric basses, both 4 & 5-strings. While they are a nice string on my acoustic bass, I prefer the Elixir Nanowebs. The strings feel a little stiff on the fingers in comparison. Sound quality is spot on, but feel isn't quite what I expected.
