DW

collapse expand iconDescription

The DW 3000 Series snare stand provides a sturdy yet fully adjustable platform for your snare. Crafted from double-braced steel tubing and topped with DW's proprietary Uni-Lock tilter mechanism, this stand offers unmatched stability and enables you to position your snare at the perfect angle for any playing style or setup.

Uni-Lock Tilter Provides Precise Adjustability

The 3000 Series snare stand's Uni-Lock tilter utilizes a unique locking mechanism to enable over 15° of tilt for your snare while keeping it securely in place during performance. Simply loosen the tilter, adjust your snare to the desired angle and lock it back in place for slip-free playing. This level of adjustability allows you to customize the stand to match your exact playing position and technique.

Heavy-Duty Construction Built to Last

This stand is constructed from durable double-braced steel tubing, providing an ultrastable platform for your snare drum during live shows and recording sessions. Rubber feet prevent slipping on any surface, while all moving parts are reinforced for years of reliable use. Designed and built according to DW's renowned quality standards, the 3000 Series snare stand is ready to handle the demands of the most rigorous touring schedules and playing styles.

Fully Adjustable for Any Snare

With an adjustable height range from 18"–23" and a tilter that accommodates snares from 12"–14" in diameter, this snare stand provides a customizable fit for snare drums of all sizes. An included drum key allows for quick height and angle adjustments between songs, while memory locks enable you to set predetermined 'sweet spot' positions for your snare. This flexibility and convenience make the 3000 Series snare stand an ideal choice for drummers who frequently change snares between sets.

I compared this to the 5000 & 9000 and saw no reason to spend the extra money. This gets the job done and is very solid, it just doesn't adjust side to side but I have never wanted my snare to be angled to the left or right anyway (it still adjusts forward and back). The 3000 line is my favorite hardware, it is not a cheap version of the higher end stuff it is just much lighter weight and with less unnecessary features.

Needed a new stand for my PD-140DS digital snare that came with the TD-27KV kit. Tight fit but works perfectly and is stable.
