    I play Pedal Steel Guitar and wanted a height adjustable seat that would let me sit comfortably at my instrument for hours without cutting off the circulation to my legs. This tractor style seat is very comfortable and my glutimus minimus doesn't go to sleep on me, nor my legs so I'm very pleased but the seat swivels when I don't want it to and can't be locked into place. This is annoying and honestly unimaginable that the seat doesn't stay firmly in place once you tighten the nuts. At my instrument both feet are off the ground operating 8 pedals, 6 knee levers and a volume pedal and my center of gravity is my behind - which is on a seat that swivels?!!! That's just wrong! But, I can walk away without limping, while waiting for the circulation to return to my legs so I have to give it a good review but I'm torn.... there's a major flaw.

    Lets just say I only like two seats in my house ones my toilet the other one my DW 9120M throne. WHo knew drumming could be so comfortable??

    My son is pounding away on his drums as I write this. He said the seat is awesome! He can spend all day practicing now and never get a back ache. His arms quit before his seat does. Thanks for recommending this fantastic addition to his drum set.
