Danelectro

The Danelectro DB-2 Vintage-Style 9V Batteries provide superior tone for all effects pedals and devices. Unlike standard alkaline batteries, these vintage-style batteries discharge differently to produce a warm, organic tone that complements the character of analog effects. With 2 batteries per pack, you'll have plenty of power on hand for gigging or studio use. The Danelectro DB-2 Vintage-Style 9V Batteries—experience what your pedals were meant to sound like.

Authentic Vintage Discharge for a Classic Tone

The Danelectro DB-2 Vintage-Style 9V Batteries are designed to discharge in a manner similar to vintage carbon-zinc batteries, which many classic effects were originally designed around. This results in a tone that is full, rich and dynamically responsive. Unlike the harsh, sterile quality of some alkaline batteries, these vintage-style batteries help analog pedals achieve a level of warmth, depth and touch sensitivity that brings out their true sonic potential.

Reliable, Long-Lasting Power

While the Danelectro DB-2 Vintage-Style 9V Batteries are formulated to emulate a vintage discharge curve, they are not vintage batteries themselves—they utilize modern, high-quality components to provide stable power for extended periods. Rated for hours of continuous use, a single set of batteries will keep your pedalboard powered through marathon practice sessions, lengthy studio recordings or full-set gigs. To make your jam sessions last even longer unplug the input cable while not using the pedal to preserve battery life.

Convenient 2-Pack for Gigging Musicians

The Danelectro DB-2 Vintage-Style 9V Batteries come in a convenient 2-pack so you'll always have a backup on hand. Keep one set installed in your pedals and the other in your gig bag, ready to swap in at a moment's notice. For any gigging musician, having a spare set of batteries is essential to avoid unwanted noise or signal dropout at a critical moment.

Experience Your Pedals' True Potential

Whether you rely on a few key pedals or have an extensive pedalboard, the Danelectro DB-2 Vintage-Style 9V Batteries will help your effects achieve their most dynamic, responsive and tonally rich performance. Don't settle for a sterile, harsh tone when you can experience the full depth, warmth and nuance your pedals are capable of producing. Power them with the Danelectro DB-2 Vintage-Style 9V Batteries.

Cheaper than Duracell and just as long

Tried this out about a year ago for my active bass when I was short on cash, now it's all I use. It's almost half the price of regular Duracell. I use my bass about 3-4 times a week and only change it every 6 months for the sake of routine, but I've gone about 9 months before the battery died when I travelled a bunch.

Bruh the battery didn't even last a half hour!!! Had to run to the local guitar center to buy these batteries for lapel mics. I'm currently DJing a wedding and this fresh out of the package battery died before the bride and groom even got married. The pastors mic died so he just had to project his voice for the end of the ceremony. Really embarrassing as a sound guy!! 😭😮‍💨🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️
