collapse expand iconDescription

The FFM2 Germanium Fuzz Face Mini guitar effects pedal is based on '66–'68 era pre-silicon Fuzz Faces famous for warm vintage fuzz tones provided by slightly mismatched germanium transistors. The Fuzz Face Mini pedal line features legendary Fuzz Face tones in smaller, more pedalboard-friendly housings with several modern appointments: true-bypass switching, a bright status LED, an AC power jack and a convenient battery door.

Haven't had this long enough or messed with it long enough to say "I love this pedal" but I like it so far. It sounded good on it's own, and then I stacked it with an overdrive pedal and got some great sounds. Looking forward to playing with this one a lot more.

I've been playing more years than I care to admit but this is my first Fuzz pedal (I've always been an overdrive kinda guy). I'm really enjoying it but there is a bit of a learning curve...at least for me. This thing is very responsive to guitar volume changes which is right up my alley. Right now I'm actually putting it in front of my overdrive (which I have set for moderate gain) and the "fuzz" dialed down on the FFM...great for solo tones and thick creamy rhythm...using my Strat I can get a wide range of tones. Fun stuff!

I?m using it with a tele through a blues deluxe, mostly. Awesome little pedal for the price. I have several boutique pedals but this guy is my new fave. I moved it up the signal chain just behind my compressor and I can get a lot more tone versatility out of it, but if you want some seriously epic harmonics and feedback put it behind a tube screamer. Seems to be really touch sensitive as well and sounds great anywhere from 1 to 11!

This is really an awesome little fuzz. Contains NTE158 germanium transistors, and it really gives awesome, vintage tones. Amazing pedal for the money! I highly recommend it!
