Consistent tone for a longer period over any strings I've ever tried.

I've got a American Fender Deluxe 5 with the big pearl block inlays and the fingerboard is Pau Ferro wood, when I tell you the low B string sings and rings it does these super lights made the tone of this bass sound like Marcus Miller Fender I see why he uses them I had always been a D Addario bass string user but these are gonna be my go to strings now. Set the action low and let it ride, they're very quick and boy are they bright but sounds good against the wood.

  • Great strings, for both price and tone!!

I've played bass both professionally and semi-professionally for many years, but am new to the 5 string. I've always preferred a lighter gauge and these are perfect. They have a very smooth, satin like feel. I'm acclimating to the 5 string on a low end instrument and they don't improve the tone of it as I had hoped, but I'll be purchasing a new bass in a few weeks and expect to be using these strings.
