The ENGL Savage 120 Mark II offers 120W of all-tube power, with four channels and a host of useful features. It's loaded with six 12AX7 preamp tubes and a pair of 6550 power-amp tubes for amazing analog tone. It also features two serial/parallel switchable effects loops, full MIDI programability and a built-in noise gate.

ENGL designs and builds some of the world’s best all-tube heads and combos, as well as cabinets, rackmount preamps and power amps, bass amps/cabinets, acoustic amps and more.     This thing sounds amazing! Very versatile and different sounding channels. Has beautiful cleans and heavy roaring lead sounds. The two crunch channels are fantastic for everything in between. The amount of customization to tailor your sound is insane! The Savage 120 MK 2 can bring live performance volumes or bedroom volumes and still maintains its character.

    This amp can be used for just about anything you want from laid back indie rock to full on thrash and hardcore. The cleans, the crunch, the lead channels.... all great. The built in noise gate lets me pump the gain and get real brutal in drop A and really push those speaker cones!

    Got this with the Engl 2x12 Horizontal V30 loaded cab. Pairs great with this cab. Favorite channel of four, crunch 2. Clean channel is spotless. Ferocious chunky rhythms.

    I have had my eyes on ENGL Amplification for 13 years, ever since 2008. I saw studio footage of one of my favorite bands recording with the Special Edition ENGL and I was like; "WHAT IS THAT?!?! I WANT ONE!!!!" I have been obsessed ENGL Amplification ever since, with the intention of getting my hands on my very own someday. And at long last, I FINALLY HAVE ONE!!!! Many thanks to Musicians Friend and all those involved in logistics, shipment, etc. You've made my dream a reality. Thank you!!!
