Earasers

collapse expand iconDescription

Utilizing the same great design and technology of our Earasers Hi-Fi Musician earplugs, the Music Max plugs provide an increased level of reduction across all frequencies. This allows you to rock louder, longer, while increasing the level of protection against ear fatigue. The Music Max filter provides a maximum reduction of 31dB at 3150Hz, while still providing a virtually flat response at your eardrum. Music layering remains intact, and voices still come through very clear. The Earasers soft silicone design is based on one of the most widely used hearing aid tips in the market. There is no need for expensive trips to a specialist to get custom ear molds. The Smart Seal™ technology conforms to the shape of your ear canal for a more comfortable fit that you can wear all day. More comfortable with improved sound. These are the ear plugs musicians have been waiting for. Earasers can be cleaned and reused. Most adult women wear size small. Most adult men wear size Medium. Earasers last for a long time with simple care. When the silicone does wear out, you can replace the silicone sleeve with our unique Renewal Kit. Looking for a better way to carry them with you? • I am a working DJ and these do the job

I've been using the standard 19 db reduction earasers for almost a decade now since I'm a working DJ, so I'm constantly in a loud environment. I recently had a temporary hearing loss scare (turns out it was due to being sick, not related to ear protection) and it motivated me to switch out my size of earasers from medium to small as well as getting the 31 db max filter instead of their standard 19db protection. I also contacted their support team because I was wearing them wrong for years apparently. Now that I have a proper fit I no longer get that ringing in my ears after I'm done djing. Believe it or not, even wearing them improper for years still protected my hearing according to the audiologist I met with. The audiologist told me honestly that these are working great for me but I can get custom molded ear plugs if I wanted to. I haven't got those customs only because now I feel I'm fully protected with these and am ease. I love these so much I've gifted them to friends and family and highly recommend them.

How do you determine what size to order? I notice these are not returnable, so it doesn't seem that you can "try them on".
