Much better than the Nano Clone.
I wan't a big fan of the Nano Clone when it came out. Most people suggest that it was lacking depth switch and overall sound of the original Small Clone. Luckily EHX listened and fixed all the errors in the previous pedal. The Neo Clone is am accurate representational of the Small Clone in a more affordable and compact pedal. It comes in a diecast case and true bypass so your tone will stay intact. Congrats EHX you did it this time!

Noisy, but does give the classic 80's chorus sound.
Used it on my board for a few weeks to give it a fair shake. Couldn't shake the hiss that comes on by simply engaging the pedal. I had to take it back.

Terrible buzzing/hissing noise. I thought I was the only one but apparently not. It does have a nice class sound but I just can't use it. I went with the JHS series 3 instead.

This is a solid little stompbox. It doesn't sound exactly the same as the classic Small Clone, but it's definitely in the same family. With just a rate knob and a depth switch, you can get some sweet and smooth chorus tones, as well as some wild and warbly vibrato tones. My only complaint is that it adds a bit of white noise to your signal when it's engaged, but quirks like this tend to be pretty common when it comes to analog chorus pedals.
Love the pedal

I don't sound like Cobain yet but it definitely added some depth to my sound. Love it.

Ok I really like the overall pedal Tru bypass, depth select switch, big rate knob, small enough to fit on my pedalboard, what I don't like it's the loud pop it makes when you first turn pedal on my small clone did the same thing, but once again I love the sound quality of the pedal. I wrote EHX to all about what can be done for the initial loud pop. I hope this helps you decision of buying our not buying this pedal. ✌️

This is an awesome pedal! It adds a very sweet, "shimmery" tone to your amp. I only use it with a clean amp. I've found that I prefer it with the switch set to depth, in the other position it seems to change the pitch of your notes slightly which I didn't like. It's great to get some neat sounds. Ambient, dreamy, I love it. Killer price too. Highly recommend
