Perfect Fit For Masterbilt AJ-500
This case is a perfect fit for the round shoulder AJ models. The description of the case isn't very clear on what Epiphone guitars it will fit, other than the fact that it just states "EDREAD Dreadnought Case". The AJ models have a rounded shoulder, as opposed to the dreadnoughts which have square shoulders. Without being able to fit test it, I wasn't sure if my AJ-500R would fit loosely in the case and move around in there. But when the case arrived, I set my guitar in there and it fit like a glove. So if anyone else out there is wondering if their round shoulder Epiphone will fit snugly in this case, rest assured it will!!!

Think Twice before Purchasing
Purchased the case to house my new Epiphone Hummingbird Pro. The guitar fits the case nicely. However, the first case I received in an open box was damaged and had very poor quality. The covering was not fastened in the radiuses of the case and the binding was not glued down next the cases handle. Contact Customer service for a return authorization. Customer Service was very helpful and I sent the case back the following day. The Case arrived at the warehouse and it took three calls and 10 working days for the warehouse to inspect the damage and poor quality before a replacement could be sent. The follow up calls to Customer Service did not solve the issue until the third call. I rate overall service very poor, as I kept getting excuses that they could not send a replacement until the warehouse inspects the case, although it was received on a Monday morning. The replacement case arrived and it's quality is average. One of the latches is extremely hard to open due to what appears to be miss alignment of the lid to the body latch. I've decided to keep the case, as its not worth my time and a three week wait to receive a replacement.

I never purchase a new guitar and not grab a hard case as well. This one is nice visually and is put together well.
I would buy this product again, for another acoustic.

This was a great Epiphone Hardshell case, at the same price of an aftermarket case. Case is strong, sweet looking compared to plane case, Beautiful lining to protect and make you feel safe as your guitar. I'd definitely buy another for my next one and check it out, you'll love it!

Will this fit my PR-4E LE epiphone guitar?
The Epiphone EDREAD Dreadnought Hardshell Case is designed to fit standard dreadnought-shaped guitars, such as the Epiphone DR-100 or Hummingbird. The Epiphone PR-4E LE, however, has a slightly smaller and thinner body than a typical dreadnought. It's closer to a "slimline" dreadnought or concert-style acoustic-electric guitar, and it may not be a snug fit in the EDREAD case. Fit Summary: Body Width/Depth: The PR-4E is narrower and shallower. Result: The EDREAD case will likely be too loose, potentially allowing the guitar to shift inside the case — not ideal for protection.submitted6 months ago

Looking for the best case (preferably Epiphone branded) for an Epiphone FT110 Frontier. Mine is a '64. I am assuming the the USA Collection remakes are fairly similar. Is this right case? Best case? Best Epi branded case? Thank you.
Yes, it is.submitteda year ago
