Two, brand new, factory sealed units in a row defective. A lot of noise, no volume control whatsoever. Ernie Ball needs to improve their quality control, or they will loose a lot of business. I bought a third guitar volume pedal, but from a different brand. Thank you to Guitar Center for great customer service.

  • Very disjointed.

What a horrific mistake to believe this new model had actually fixed their problems after all these years This new one lasted 3 weeks Thanks Ernie ball , you have to be embarrassed at this point I'd had such high hopes the new Kevlar design would fix their fatal flaw of string breakage But no , same ole problem, and as always Ernie Ball has no reply Thx

Heartbroken I now have 8 Ernie ball volume pedals , all broken The pedal is an essential part of my rig My excitement over the new 40 th adversary modal Made with Kevlar was beyond words I thought finally at last they've fixed their major flaw But no this new pedal lasted then two months Now I'll hand to buy another one and I'll have 9 Ernie bal volume pedals So disappointed I don't have time to shop them all back and have the strings repaired Nor can I work without one I play 6 nights a week for 30 yrs Such a bummer , I'd had high hopes But now have another useless pedal

This pedal works just as I expected it too. The look is a little different from the other Ernie Ball volume pedals available & because it looks much like my wah pedal from the top I am a little concerned I may confuse the 2 on a dark stage. Other than that, I have nothing but good things to say about the pedal. It is a quality item that performs well & I believe it will hold up well for years to come.
