Ernie Ball

collapse expand iconDescription

Ernie Ball's braided straight to angle instrument cable provides musicians and producers with a premium connection solution for their gear. This 20' cable features an innovative braided shielding and high-purity copper conductors to deliver a clear, noise-free signal for your instrument or audio equipment. Whether you're connecting your electric guitar to an amp, MIDI keyboard to your audio interface or studio monitors to a preamp, this high-performance cable ensures pristine sound quality thanks to advanced shielding technology that protects against interference and crosstalk.

Advanced Braided Shielding Blocks Noise and Interference

This braided straight to angle instrument cable utilizes an advanced braided shielding that provides 100% coverage of the cable's copper conductors. This braided shielding blocks radio frequency interference (RFI), electromagnetic interference (EMI) and crosstalk from other nearby cables—ensuring your signal remains pure with no unwanted noise. The result is a transparent connection that lets the true tone of your instrument or audio equipment shine through.

High-Purity Copper Conductors for Superior Signal Transfer

At the core of the braided straight to angle instrument cable are high-purity copper conductors that provide superior signal transfer. Copper is highly conductive and helps minimize resistance, allowing your signal to pass through without loss of detail or clarity. These high-quality copper conductors, combined with advanced shielding, give you a cable designed for premium performance in both live and studio settings.

Rugged and Road-Ready

In addition to pristine sound quality, this braided straight to angle instrument cable is built to withstand the rigors of travel and daily live performances. Its braided shield is highly durable and protects the cable from kinks, cuts and other damage. Heat-shrunk strain relief at both ends of the cable prevents the braided shielding and copper conductors from becoming frayed or detached from the connectors. A thick PVC jacket adds further protection and durability. Although lightweight and flexible, this Ernie Ball cable is road-ready for connecting your gear wherever your music takes you.

Very pleased with this cable

I do like my wireless systems and even the coiled cables make for great direct signal when recording, but I have since moved to this Ernie Ball cable. I am a fan of braided cables, not only for aesthetics, but durability. Rubber cables are good too, but this is my personal favorite. This cable feels strong and tough like it will stand the test of time and stage performances. Great product in my opinion

It is like a 200 ft spring.

Sounds decent but largely unusable as it is like a spring. The "memory" in this one is strong. Connectors are nicely done. Who knows maybe when it warms up a bit it will loosen up.

The product upholds every thing it's supposed to do. There is no sound interference. There is no binding or knotting. And the sound quality is superior than other brands I've tried.
