Just happened thru my G.C. in Greensboro NC one day, picked up this cool looking low budget ($300+/-) acoustic.. It was a Fender T-Bucket 300.. Had some really cool Vince Ray artwork on it, called the Rock&Roll Voodoo with Fishman Electronics.. I loved the sound of this guitar, acoustic or plugged in.. It sounded as great as it looked.. Put some cash down & picked it up the next weekend.. After being at home in the music room for a while i noticed some bad spots right over the sound hole.. No telling how many people had picked it up when it was hanging on the wall at G.C. so i decided to go ahead and get another set to replace, but i wanted what was on it because I didn't want to change the sound.. There was a tag hanging on one of the tuners that said it came with Fender Dura-Tone Coated Strings.. Drove up to my G.C. to get a set only to find they don't carry them.. I then went online and found out they have several options.. I measured the thickness of the strings on my T-Bucket and determined i needed the 880CL Custom Light.. Ordered them online using my String Club card for the discount and free shipping to my G.C. here in Greensboro.. Now my T-Bucket has that same sweet sound it was born with.. I Love It..
